Along with seamless wedding day coordination, we'll help organize your design details, manage décor setup, and ensure every carefully planned element comes together beautifully. Organization:

  • One Introduction Call and three planning meetings leading up to the wedding

  • Customized Details Packet and planning information

  • Access to planner via email during office hours (9am - 5pm) from the date of book

  • Personalized Day-of Timeline & Processional

  • Visual mood board provided and comprehensive inventory list including all decor, rentals, and floral items

  • Vendor check-in two weeks prior

  • Floor plan based on guest count and vendors

  • Attendance at the Final Venue Walkthrough

  • 1 hour - attendance and coordination at rehearsal (if
